Last week, we awarded 5 new members who introduced themselves in the #general:introduce-yourself category with a $50 gift card to the Graph Gear Store !
We will be doing this again for the next 4 weeks!
Congrats new members!
**Please note : you are still eligible to win even if you introduced yourself in the weeks prior to the contest. Only members who introduced themselves in the #general:introduce-yourself category are eligible.

@m-kiuchi
Hi Neo4j community members,
I'm Mitsutoshi Kiuchi, leading Data Science team at Creationline in Japan.
With my 2.5 yrs Neo4j experience, I'm introducing Neo4j among Japanese companies.
My Neo4j experience is mainly on tech perspective, so I would learn some deployment know-hows and use cases from community.
Best and Warm Regards,
MK

Hi,
My name is Christophe Willemsen, I joined the Neo4j Community back in 2012.
I'm working at GraphAware since 2014 as a consultant helping companies be successful with graphs and related technologies.
I also lead the development of the GraphAware Knowledge Platform, an Insight Engine backed by Neo4j, involving data integration, NLP, Machine Learning, Graph Algorithms and Search.
I am originally from Belgium but live now in Italy with my wife and our 4 daughters.
I help as much as I can on…

Hi everyone,
My name is Elena Poughia, am a Greek hustler living it up in Berlin. I'm running a media publication that focuses on big data, AI, ML, blockchain and specific interesting industry verticals such as healthtech, fintech, govtech. We run a big worldwide community of more than 65K people and a conference for the data-driven generation titled Data Natives. I really like the neo4j community and graph databasing for problem-solving and data visualization. Looking forward to hear some inte…

This week's winners:
@taffyb
Hi,
I have been playing around with Neo4J on and off for going on two years. I am interested in data modeling and how to apply graphs to help solve complex problems. I'm currently working in the banking sector, but my intrests are broard.
@sinan
We are working in the field of large scale energy systems what inherently defines that our problems are complex and large. Our research focuses on the integration of new technologies especially in the field of renewable energies. We use data driven techniques and are trying to build up a knowledge graph of the energy systems in question which should be input for machine learning methods to understand systems interaction.
I hope to get inside of how to efficiently use Neo4J for large scale fine …
@altereagle
Hello everyone!
I am a software developer in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
How I use graphs:
education
fraud detection
visual and IoT entertainment
biomechanics
machine learning / artificial intelligence
I work extensively with managing scale and query optimizations with Neo4j, and I am a vested Node/JavaScript programmer.
I hope to see ya'll graphistas out there in the cloud, doing futuristic stuff!

Hi Neo4J folks, I'm a London-based freelance tech consultant and programmer, and I run backend systems for an art listings site & app API running on Neo. Started working with Neo in Cypher around v2.0. Wish neo4j-shell wasn't getting deprecated - am I the only one who uses all the actual shell utils in it, like ls/cd/mkrel etc?
@Illia_Komendantov

This weeks winners!
Howdy!
I am a data analyst who dreams about an utopic-world where every bit of data is connected to every other bit of data and I am sliding on these silky fabrics of connectors. A fairy godmother told me Neo4j can do this for me so now I am trying to dissect the magic.
At work, when I am not analyzing data, I am begging people to add more relevant data, fiercely defending my analysis and looking for better tools.
That's all folks!
Using graphs to solve social networking problems and recommendation engine systems in the recruitment and networking space as well as having the ability to think in graphs for future projects.

Hi - I work for an IT Managed Hosting company, I'd like to use neo4j to modernise & fully leverage our 20 million CI CMDB.
Its central to our organisation & I'm sure i can use neo4j to enrich the data & add value.
So I'm particularly interested in importing data into neo4j from SQL Server & from XML files as well as synchronising with external data sources.
Hey Neo4j'ers
I'm a DevSecOps practitioner at Accenture based out of Melbourne, Australia. I work for Fortune Global 500 clients helping them driving innovation to improve the way the world works and lives. Part of my job I get to explore and use cool tech like Neo4j to simplify and visualize complex stuff
Congrats!
