Problem in certificate

I have recently completed the online course of "Data Science with Neo4j"
however, after finishing the course i received a certification like this. It does not mentions the name of the course. However, I have another question regarding the Q/A. How can i check if the answer selected by me are correct or not, as i cannot see the question again once attempted.
