Neo4j seems to be installed, but web server ui is blank

I installed neo4j server and it seems to run fine, but when I open up google chrome and go to local host it detects the server but the web ui remains blank.

I know it sees the server because the tag icon changes to neo4j and I get a different error if I try a different local host port, it's just showing a blank screen.

Anyone run into something like this before?

Could be a caching issue.

You can try opening it up in an incognito window. If that works, then the problem was around caching, and in the future you could solve it either with incognito windows or clearing the cache.
