The only provided ports are HTTP "7474" and unencrypted BOLT "7687"
Why isn't there an encrypted bolt connection available?
While I can't speak on behalf of Neo4j, I would imagine they don't have encrypted connections on the Sandbox because it is exactly that - a sandbox. It isn't designed to support actual applications.
That would have sufficed in a prehttps world. But not really an excuse anymore when certificates are free
