Is it possible to correct the name on a Certificate of Completion?

for Querying with Cypher in Neo4j 4.x I accidently put John Sandoval instead of Jonas Sandoval

is it possible to correct this?

I think you should send an email to Neo4j directly:
certification@neo4j.com. Hope this helps
