Desktop Terminal Refresh/display issues?

Is there an issue with the Terminal in Neo4J desktop properly displaying?

I have the latest Neo4j Desktop, on Windows 10. With this version, and other recent versions, the Terminal window does not display correctly.

When the Terminal window first starts, the window is blank. If I press ENTER, I get a prompt. Then, if I issue a command, the window goes blank again. If I resize the window, I can see the text. It seems like something is wrong...
