AWS EC2 4.x AMI?

I searched and I didn't find an answer. So apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong place or being redundant.

I noticed that neo4j took down the Community Edition 4.x AMI on AWS EC2. Is this a temporary thing or have they abandoned EC2?

I can't say as to what their intentions are but you still always have the option to run a vanilla Linux EC2, install the community edition Neo4j your self and run that way. The install of the DB is really quiet simple. You could even save your build as your own AMI if you need to template the spin up and down frequently from a template.

Yeah, I've done it that way several times already. I was just wondering why they've stopped supporting it...that usually doesn't bode well.
